Andrew J. Durkovic is a leading authority on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes, with extensive expertise in international litigation and arbitration. Mr. Durkovic is a partner in the firm’s Washington office.
Mr. Durkovic represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, business expropriation cases, political risk matters and abuses of state authority in emerging markets, including arbitrary detentions and related human rights violations.
Mr. Durkovic is recognized for his ability to manage and arbitrate disputes across diverse legal and geopolitical landscapes. He frequently assembles bespoke “virtual firms” bringing together top legal talent tailored to each client’s needs. His work spans Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia, where he collaborates closely with local experts.
